These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://mycoachhealth.com (the "Site"), operated by Mycoach Health LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes a clinical data product for US independent specialty practices that is under development (the "US Edition") and lets physicians and practice administrators contact us about it. The Site itself does not provide the US Edition, store patient data, or deliver any clinical service. Any future use of the US Edition will be governed by a separate written subscription agreement and a Business Associate Agreement, not by these Terms.
Content on the Site is general information about our products and company. It is not medical advice, and nothing on the Site creates a physician-patient relationship. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician.
The Site is intended for healthcare professionals, practice administrators, and business partners who are at least 18 years old.
You agree not to: submit patient information or any other protected health information through the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; scrape or bulk-extract content; introduce malware; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Mycoach Health LLC or its affiliates and licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our products. Any other use requires our written permission.
Statements on the Site about the US Edition, its features, timing, and planned security measures describe our current plans. They are not promises of availability or performance, and they may change without notice.
The Site links to third-party services, including a scheduling service and our affiliate's website. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
