Mycoach Health LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company with its office at 2930 Domingo Ave #1308, Berkeley, CA 94705, USA, operates the website https://mycoachhealth.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only. Our US clinical data product is still under development; when it launches, it will have its own privacy notice and will be provided to practices under a written subscription agreement and a Business Associate Agreement.
The Site is an informational website for physicians and practice administrators. Please do not submit protected health information, patient names, or any other patient data through the contact form or by email. If you do so inadvertently, tell us at the address below and we will delete it.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, practice or institution, the role you select, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site records technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used; Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Service providers. Contact-form messages are delivered through EmailJS, website analytics are provided by Google Analytics, and the Site is hosted on servers operated for us by our hosting provider. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Our affiliate. Enquiries are received and answered by Mycoach Health LLC together with our affiliate Mycoach Health Limited (Hong Kong), which operates the shared enquiry mailbox contact@mycoach.health. Your enquiry data may therefore be accessed by staff of both companies for the purpose of responding to you.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Because our affiliate is located in Hong Kong, enquiry data may be accessed from outside the United States. This applies only to the business contact information you send us through the Site; it never applies to patient data, which the Site does not collect.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our design-partner list, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information collected through the Site, including encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to read the Site.
The Site is directed to healthcare professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
