A 30-minute call

Tell us your specialty, your chart formats and the question you want to publish. We say honestly whether the beta fits.

We build your first registry with you

In the beta we extract your historical charts into your specialty's template, white-glove, and your patients join through your practice's own assistant.

Publish from your own data

Cohorts, statistics and a co-authored case study. Design partners keep their data and their authorship, and shape the roadmap.
